A simple, natural, DIY body and massage oil recipe

Time to get our massage on! 🤗 ⠀

So grab your partner (or yourself!), add about 1/4 cup of any carrier oil you have on hand (coconut, olive, grapeseed etc.) and mix in 2 drops of lemongrass and 3 drops of peppermint. Warm some of your mixture between your palms and then lovingly massage any tension away. ⠀

The key to a perfect massage is to not expect anything out of it. I challenge you to go into it with the desire of making your partner feel at-ease and cared-for rather than the intention of getting frisky. Try changing your mindset and expectations from a massage and see what happens. ❤️⠀
